220g(8 oz)pastaI like fusili
½mediumbell pepper
½mediumred onion
½avocado
100g(3.5 oz)cherry tomatoeshalved
½sprigparsley
Dressing
20g(1 tbsp)mayo
100g(5 tbsp)Greek yogurt
¼tspgarlic powder
½tspdry basil
1tspsalt
¼limejuiced
2 pinchesMSGoptional
Instructions
Start by placing a bot of water with salt to boil for the pasta
While waiting for the water to boil, prepare the vegetables: - cube the bell pepper- dice the red onion- dice the avocado- cut the cherry tomatoes in half- finely dice the parsley.
When the water starts to boil, add the fusilli pasta and overcook it by 3 more minutes then the package says
In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, dry basil, salt, lime juice, and the MSG.
